Reouven Perez
Founder & CEO
Reouven Perez’s China experience date back to 1996 and includes manufacturing and local market development for a leading Canadian brand and International trade. An amiable, outgoing personality and Business degree holder from McGill University, Reouven has helped in shaping G1L at its present state of success. His key responsibilities involve envisioning the strategic direction of the company and driving the Sales/Marketing and Finance divisions.
Nathaniel Perez
Co-Founder & COO
Nathaniel Perez brings 15 years of technical and staff management experience to his position at G1L. He is a versatile “hands on” leader with extensive experience in project management (in various product categories) and navigating the intricacies of a Chinese supply chain. Nathaniel is the key person taking care of the entire day to day operations of the company and most importantly the heart of G1L- the QA dept. He is also the brain behind the elaborate project management software customized for the organization.
Our Team
G1L has several dedicated merchandising / project management teams each comprised of : a Production Supervisor, a Development Manager , Costing Specialist, and Juniors/Assistants. Fully bilingual (no Chinglish!) and Foreign trained, they represent the engine of the organization.
Quality Assurance
G1L’s QA dept is the cornerstone of the organization with one of the most important roles. Headed by the QA manager who boasts over 20 years of experience in China in the QA domain including managing teams of inspectors. Zero tolerance and proactive supply chain management are the mantras they abide by with devoted diligence. All G1L projects are managed under an elaborate QS system using an AQL standard at various levels as well as ensuring full compliance with international standards including ISO9001, WRAP, BSCI, SA8000, etc.
Logistics
C1L’s Logistical department consists of a department manager and assistants who oversee the entire logistical chain from cradle to grave. Bringing 15 years of skill set to the table, this has been built up to be one of the most efficient departments in the company. On time delivery is the standard and offers all INCO services including CIF, DDU, DDP requirements.
