At G1L, sourcing the right factory goes well beyond just punching a few keywords into a search engine. True due diligence entails vetting the factories -a rigorous selection process which we have skillfully crafted over the past 20 years. The fact is, today we no longer source per se but rather delve into our vast repertoire of tried and tested factories. We only work with partner factories who are certified and most importantly have the correct credentials due to having worked with top tier brands worldwide. Our partners have been put through strict factory audits ensuring they comply with these minimum requirements:

SAMPLING

Sampling and development are a critical step in the process and thus, timely execution and the pre production approval process are managed closely by the team. Only when this process has been completed adequately can it graduate to the  production stage.

PRODUCTION & QUALITY CONTROL

The production process entails far more than mere fabrication and contract negotiation. 
It is managed under a strict T & A plan which is monitored via our custom designed project management software. This allow us to know at what stage any order is at any time of the day from on site or remote locations. The heart of G1L is by far the quality control process which involves inspections conducted by our own inspectors (not 3rd party) during inline and final stages of production, enabling us to correct any problems during production and not when its too late at the end of a cycle.
